Good news if you are anyone who likes free, high-quality fitness information: Dr. John Berardi and the Precision Nutrition team have released new versions of their fat loss crash courses for both men and women.
Each course is divided into five daily lessons that include a short video presentation and some generous additional PDF resources (links sent via e-mail). The lessons are also available as downloadable transcripts and MP3 audios.
Compared to earlier PN courses, these are very stripped down, with the lessons requiring only about 10 minutes each day. The focus is very much on presenting actionable information that regular people can understand and apply without drama.
